I am a car carrier come to pick up a car for a customer. There was a small hangup due to a mobile mechanic Vinny was the sales person and I tell you what these people here cannot have treated me better. They are definitely a rare breed of car dealerships I deal with dealerships on a daily basis hundreds a year by far this is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They fed me because of my small weight and that means the world to a truck driver. Thank you again big star you guys are top-notch.

This rating applies specifically to Keith Lane in the service department. He was extremely helpful in helping solve an issue regarding my wheel lugs. And most importantly, he didn’t try charging me for things I didn’t need - there was another guy in the service department that didn’t really listen to me explain my issue and just told me that it was going to be $200/hr to work on my car.

Buying my car from Big Star was a great experience. We were greeted promptly and Vincent was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't ask a lot of questions which is really nice. He was up-front on the cost and negotiations went smoothly, fast and fair. Sean in financing made things easy to understand and comfortable. He has great customer service! Big Star is a very large dealership. Every desk was busy. They were slinging cars out of there and that's probably why negotiations went so smoothly. They make their commission from the volume of cars they sell. The sooner they sell you a car the sooner they can sell another one! They don't mind giving you a good deal. It really was the best vehicle buying experience I've had. I highly recommend!
