Overall, I had a great experience and am happy to give this team 5 stars. Eric Chairis was exceptional, professional, thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident throughout the process. Andrew also went above and beyond. He was kind, personable, honest, and even took the time to pick me up from my home. His willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression and showed how much he cares about his customers. My only negative experience was with Marco, the sales manager. I found his approach to be overly aggressive, and he was dishonest. I also felt the level of customer service I received from him did not reflect the high standard demonstrated by Eric and Andrew. Despite that experience, Eric and Andrew more than made up for it. Their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellent customer service outweighed the negative interaction, and they are the reason I’m comfortable giving this business a 5-star review.
