This dealership has no ethics. We purchase a used vehicle from them 3/1/25, by 3/3/25 I notice my driver side headlight was out. I tried contacting my salesperson Justin P. several times and he told my husband and me twice he would call us back and never did. Finally we went up to dealership (2 hours away) to be told from the service department that the headlight was reported to the sales dept. and they declined to fix it so it won’t be covered under warranty. Spoke with manager Luis and he basically tells us we SOL. We ask him why didn’t the salesman Justin let us know about the headlight being out and he stated that by LAW he doesn’t have to and that if the dealership fix it then we would not want to pay the price for the vehicle. Justin says he a family man, but what kind of person would sell a defective vehicle to a family. He could at least made us aware and we could have decided if we wanted it repaired by the dealership or on our own. If you are looking for vehicle I would stay clear from this dealership unless you want to be sold a vehicle with defects. Now I have to pay out of pocket for pre-existing defect to my vehicle.

I visited Big Star Hyundai with my sister to purchase a 2025 Santa Fe. The sales rep Isaiah was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He work with us and provided the best deal possible. We visited this dealership a few weeks prior to purchase and we were so impressed with Isaiah we asked for him upon our return. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and make their customers feel welcome and important.

We were greeted right away and had a very helpful salesman. We drove several of the different cars to be able to test out the ride on each of them. We found one that we really liked and decided to buy it and were pleased that they were willing to get us the best discounts . No hard sales pressure at all.

Eric Chairis is by far the best cars salesman! Originally I had came here for someone else with an appointment, but under some circumstances he couldn’t show, so Mr. Chairis stepped up and did an amazing job with helping get me a car I could afford! It was hard for me to be able to choose a car I could get with my job and how much money I had, but he was able to adjust to what I had and make it work! He was very kind and understanding working through all of this as well! Definitely recommend going to him!!

I went in for recalls and ended up $1200 poorer and my car in worse shape!!! They worked on my evaporation system and now my check engine light is on. Do not take your automobile to Big Star Hyundai!!!!
