Even though I was not happy waiting for 11 days to get my car back. I could never have found a better service man than Kasey Frederick. This young man always kept us up to date and on several occasions went above and beyond. As a very impatient 81 year old disabled veteran I don't normally reviews, at least good ones. Thank you Sir. Only reason not 5 stars is the 11 day wait.

What brought us to Big Star Hyundai was Valor's Facebook post that with 500 down he can help us, so we made an appointment however he was on vacation, Victor and Shane helped through the whole process and we got approved with 500 down, thank you to all who made this possible.

Andrew Ruiz was very proactive and responsive during my Jeep search journey. He readily advised when a vehicle arrived that I might be interested in. Sean made the paperwork signing process easy.
I went to Toyota 1st to buy a vehicle. They did not want to work with me. I let them know, I had a down payment and a credit score over 800. So we shopped around and ended up at Big Star .with Arin. She did a great job. The reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was for 2 reasons. 1. It took 5 days for my vehicle to be ready. When they told me it would be ready by Monday. 2. They promised me something they didn't keep their word on. Otherwise everything went smooth.

Arin was such fun to deal with. She knew the answers to all my questions, nicely corrected my wrong assumptions, gave me time to consider her inputs, and added info I didn’t even know to ask. I appreciated her forthrightness with me AND the other individuals and family she was so ably taking care of. She explained and recommended for and against options of the Tuscon I was interested in and bought that day with her excellent assistance.

We had an excellent experience. We were shopping for a pretty specific car at a specific price point. After multiple dealers and phone calls we made our way 2 hours from home and got the right car at an even lower price! They were the ONLY dealership that were willing to budge. They were nice, courteous and professional. I will definitely be back if we are ever in the market again!!!
I am a car carrier come to pick up a car for a customer. There was a small hangup due to a mobile mechanic Vinny was the sales person and I tell you what these people here cannot have treated me better. They are definitely a rare breed of car dealerships I deal with dealerships on a daily basis hundreds a year by far this is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They fed me because of my small weight and that means the world to a truck driver. Thank you again big star you guys are top-notch.

This rating applies specifically to Keith Lane in the service department. He was extremely helpful in helping solve an issue regarding my wheel lugs. And most importantly, he didn’t try charging me for things I didn’t need - there was another guy in the service department that didn’t really listen to me explain my issue and just told me that it was going to be $200/hr to work on my car.
Buying my car from Big Star was a great experience. We were greeted promptly and Vincent was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't ask a lot of questions which is really nice. He was up-front on the cost and negotiations went smoothly, fast and fair.
Sean in financing made things easy to understand and comfortable. He has great customer service!

Nick Hernandez (sales manager) is stellar. Definitely not your typical scammy used car salesman, he really worked with us to get the price down to what we needed. The lack of 5 stars is because we were there over 4 hours and ended up leaving without a deal because gap was not upfront. The next day we were offered a great deal and came in and closed.
