Eli was awesome!!! I got there and was attended to very quickly… I put in an application and it was worked on immediately… after about two hours I got an approval and test drove the car and was able to drive home with it the same day! My salesman, Eli was very efficient and thorough… I’d definitely recommend big star Hyundai to all my friends 🙂

Wanted to take a minute to say a big thank you to Jarred In the sales department, and Christopher in financing! We had the daunting task of buying two, not one, but two cars yesterday, and they both worked very hard and efficient…not only to make that happen financially, but find a car that my daughter and myself absolutely loved! The sales Person was very professional and pleasant. We were pleased With the sales process. We waited while they were going to take the Windows after an hour. They came back and said they didn’t have the product had to order so they reschedule us for Saturday morning. they were also to do a reset of the software. The sales team (Michael Southern and sales manger Jerrod) were great. The finance team was great too and the even went out if their way to find a vehicle with 400 less miles on it than the one we looked at that was a bit cheaper. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better experience compared to other dealers we went to during the week before.
